ANTAI and parking charge compliance: what French law requires of your company
Article L121-6 of the French Highway Code (Law of 18 November 2016 on modernising justice for the 21st century) requires the legal representative of a company to designate the driver within 45 days for any offence committed with a company vehicle: speed cameras, video surveillance, police officers, including criminal offences. Failing that, fines of up to €3,750 for the company and €750 for the legal representative apply.

Fleeti: a solution for every type of fleet
Fleet traffic fine management varies by profile: a CFO with 200 pool vehicles, a leasing company with 400 vehicles, an office manager with 50 company cars. Fleeti adapts to each.
CFOs and fleet managers
For 100 to 500 shared pool vehicles : automatic designation, driver notification according to your policy, export to payroll. 50 to 80 hours saved a year per 100 vehicles.
Short and long-term rental companies
For rental fleets of more than 200 vehicles: the offence timestamp is linked to the active contract, designation happens within the legal window, and recharging the customer is simpler. Compatible with ANTAI API agreements for fleets of more than 1,000 vehicles.
